online + hybrid coaching
Fitness. Nutrition. Habits. Mindset.
Transformation from the Inside out
You’ve probably lost weight before—but somehow always ended up back where you started. Not necessarily because you lacked discipline, but because nobody ever helped you change the person behind the habits.
Pretty much anyone can write you workouts and tell you how many calories to eat. This kind of information has never been more accessible.
But if your habits don’t change…
If your relationship with food stays the same…
If your standards for your life never evolve….
If your identity never shifts…
Neither will your results.
One of the most overlooked advantages of coaching isn’t accountability—its proximity.
Most people don’t have someone in their life who consistently challenges them, raises their standards, inspires them into action, and reminds them of what’s possible.
My clients do. In me, and in the community we’ve built.
And over time, you’ll begin to think differently because you’re surrounded by people who refuse to let you settle.
Your journey here starts a little differently.
From day one, you’ll receive your custom workout program, individualized nutrition guidance, and ongoing accountability—everything you’d expect from a high-level online coaching program.
But we don’t just stop at workouts and macro tracking.
Your first 8 weeks are intentionally designed to lay the foundation for everything that follows.
Through the Rooted Foundations curriculum, you’ll build self-awareness, strengthen your relationship with food, adopt a growth mindset, and begin rewiring the habits, beliefs, and identity that shape your daily decisions.
You’ll be making progress toward your physique goals from day one, but you’ll also be developing the internal framework that allows those results to become sustainable—not something you have to keep starting over to achieve.
Just a heads up…We Have Some Standards Here 😜
You’re in the driver’s seat... i’ll guide you, but you have to drive.
I’ll bring the strategy, the support, and the accountability—but you have to bring the willingness to try, to learn, and to stay open when things don’t go as planned.
I don’t expect perfection. In fact, I expect challenges. Life will get busy. Motivation will come and go. There will be weeks where life will throw you curveballs.
What I do expect is a willingness to problem-solve instead of giving up.
The women who experience the biggest transformations aren’t the ones who never struggle—they’re the ones who stay curious, communicate honestly, and remain open to coaching even when it’s uncomfortable.
If you’re looking for someone to just hand you a workout and tell you what to eat, I’m probably not the right coach. But if you’re ready to build a new lifestyle, challenge old patterns, and work with me to create lasting change, we’ll make an awesome team :)
Is this you?

The woman who wants to rediscover the mindset that working out is a lifestyle and a non-negotiable, not something she does here and there.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
Nope! The program we write you will be tailored to your specific set of circumstances and equiptment you have available. You can do the workouts at the gym if that’s your preference, but they can also be written to be completely doable at home with basic equipment like a couple different sizes of dumbbell weights, a chair you can step onto, and your couch! As your program progresses and you “outgrow” the weights you have available, I'll suggest either going to the gym or investing in a set of adjustable dumbbells to keep at home.
-
Yes and no. Your workouts will be self-paced, as long as you get all assigned workouts done by the end of the week each week. The 8 week Foundations phase will have weekly audio lessons to listen to and worksheets to complete, but again, you have the whole week to do those. We will have bi-weekly 1:1 coaching calls to review the past two weeks of material, so I just ask that everything is complete by then.
-
The first 8 weeks will be a little bit more of a commitment since there is curriculum to cover and worksheets to complete. On average, you’ll need about 5-6 hours a week. This includes three-four 45min-1hr workouts, time to read your weekly resources, complete journal prompts, and listen to the weekly curriculum audio. After those 8 weeks it will just be the time required for your workouts, as well as any coaching calls that we may have.

Nope! Everything is completely online, so you can access your workouts and the Foundations curriculum from anywhere in the world.
